I want you to be happy with your pottery! Returns are permitted if initiated within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). The item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days, at the expense of the buyer. All item(s) must be returned and received in original condition. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 days of purchase. A notification will be sent to you once your item has shipped. 

Currently I ship to the USA and Canada. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, tariffs, or duties incurred. Please do your due diligence. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
