I created this series of 'reminder mugs' selfishly... they each carry a message that I need to hear, on repeat. Judging by the response I've received, maybe you need to hear them to? These mugs are thrown and trimmed on the wheel. I then add handmade handles, which are both pinched and pulled, before coating each in underglaze and hand carving a message onto each mug. They then get bisque fired, and then glaze fired. 
 
Unfortunately, this mug is unintentionaly crazed. That makes it not food safe with liquid, which is its intended purpose. However, due to the nature of this mug, and the reminder written on it, it also makes a fabulous pen holder, or maybe it could house a small plant? The price reflects the flaw. There are lots of creative ways to use this guy, but I cannot recommend that you use it as a mug.
