I painted this one after the detail of the Miami Beack lifeguard tower, and I was definitely craving painting something 'organic'. This was just the ticket. Originally, I was more true to the background of the source image, but it wasn't sitting right, so the next day I wiped it away and added this current background in. Much better. The beautfy of oil paint!
