Drink Up! is an original acrylic painting, created on a gesso board panel and framed in a simple floater frame. The frame is intentionally left untreated so that you can paint or stain it to match your own decor, or move it to a different frame entirely, if that is your wish. This painting was inspired by Ali Kay. I adopted a few of the methods that she so generously teaches when I moved into working with acrylics. Her paintings are so lovely and vibrant. This was a practice lesson. The subject is hers. If you haven't already, I suggest checking out her work.
